[NLRS] First Canadian 122 GHz QSO ?

Congrats Barry on the first 122 Ghz QSO ! Onwards and upwards we go !

Also for a very "short" time (and I do mean short) this morning at 1315z 
on 6m FT8, I had decodes from Slovenia, Wales, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, 
Belgium, Denmark, Hungary and Slovakia. Unfortunately  I was unable to 
work anyone... grrrrrrrr !
