[NLRS] Ac0ra contest plans

Gonna try something a little different this contest and operate limited
multi op.  I drove down to my friends place earlier this weekend and we are
setup in a field near his qth.  Callsign will be Kg5cci and we're in
Em36kg.  Have 6m to 432 ssb and digi all bands plus a cw guy along.

Be on all the different chat pages as well as contact direct by my cell
3197210072.  I know I'm out of range for normal tropo but ms and es are
also very active right now.
