[NLRS] Use of digital modes for rain (snow, sleet, hail, etc.) scatter 10 GHz contacts?

Bill K0AWU and Glen KC0IYT and I have used JT4F with good success on RS. I am not sure of the advantages of JT9 ( suspect it is inherently a narrower bandwidth mode so hence the use of the G mode to spread the tones out. JT4F is widely used for 10/ 24 G EME. There is now a lot of use of QRA64D on the moon, but its hard to tune in without sending a 1 k tune tone first....with JT4 you can see the 4 tones even if spread. With QRA, once its going it can be hard to see
