[NLRS] JanVHF2020 for KC0P/R & N0HZO/R

Thanks to the Super Stations we did not get skunked in the Blizzard rove.
We used three locations in the Rochester city limits to make 38 contacts each.

Best DX was EN33sx to K0AWU in EN37ed at 227 miles on three bands SSB.
Then there was W0GHZ at 75 miles three bands, W0ZQ at 71 miles two bands
and struggled with K9MU on two bands at about 75 miles. Also had good signals
from KA0PQW on two bands at 43 miles. Made five contacts with N0SPN/R,
another rover in the wind.
