3.1-3.55 GHz Band Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) has been
published in the Federal Register and now on the public record.
Sharpen your pencil and prepare your comments. The initial comment
period closes 02/21/2020.
In this document, a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) proposes to
remove the existing non-federal secondary radiolocation and amateur
allocations in the 3.3-3.55 GHz band.
Link to the NPRM details and where to submit your comments...

ARRL HQ is formulating a bulletin to share with all members. I will
forward the ARRL Bulletin to all Dakota Division members when
published. Our team in Newington, CT and Washington D.C. are
formulating the ARRL comments that will be submitted on behalf of all
members.
Take your time to formulate your comments as you have about a month
before the deadline. Public service benefits and how we use this band
to advance the art of amateur radio are excellent topics to stress in
your comments.
An interesting side note... 5 GHz is NOT mentioned in this document
and comments about 5 GHz should not be included with 3 GHz NPRM
comments.
