Road conditions in Iowa are not good. https://lb.511ia.org/ialb/ at 9 AM
shows nearly all highways from US 20 north are fully snow and ice
covered and about half of them are advised as "travel not advised."
Forecast is for wind gusts up to 50 mph until sunset and a couple inches
of fresh snow on top of areas with 4 to 5 inches from yesterday that the
wind gusts will be moving.

For Minnesota the map at:
https://hb.511mn.org/#roadReports?timeFrame=TODAY&layers=allReports%2CroadReports%2CwinterDriving%2CweatherWarnings%2CotherStates
shows nearly all Minnesota highways are fully covered with ice and snow.

Not good rover conditions.
