[NLRS] Aurora 2021

Hi, Jon.
I would vote for a virtual conference on our usual date. Online
conferencing has been done often enough now nationally by many groups and
companies that we should be able to pull it off with high quality.
I would not count on us being in good enough shape vaccination-wise by June
1st to hold an in-person event. It appears now that it could take all of
2021 to get everyone vaccinated in the U.S. While our average age isn't 30,
it isn't 75 either (I don't think!) which means some of the club may not
have been through both innoculations by the beginning of June. Putting a
tentative in-person event (flea-market, test range, etc.) on the calendar
in late August or early September and hoping for the best would be what I'd
advocate.
