[NLRS] 2021 ARRL June VHF Contest plaque sponsorship

Hello NLRS Land...Thanks for the note and recommendation Matt.  If I am reading your email correctly, you are requesting that the NLRS spend $240 to sponsor the following three plaques for the 2021 ARRL June VHF Contest; Dakota Division Rover, Dakota Division Limited Rover, and Dakota Division Unlimited Rover.  This would be in addition to the plaques that we currently sponsor (per my previous email).....Based on our 2020 Treasurers report, as of 4/1/2020 the club has an account balance of $8,381 of which $5,000 of that is in a CD.  An expense of $240 would bring us down closer to $8140.  Note that we have had minimum income during 2020 and will for 2021 by waving dues, but then again we will be having minimum expenditures too.  We hope to be able to hold an Aurora gather later in 2021, but those gatherings are typically financially neutral.   Given this, and as I reported before, the club is financially sound at this time....So the question for the club is this, is this $240 a good expenditure for us?   Does this expenditure provide the desired incentive to get out and rove for the 2021 June contest?  Does it support who we are as a weak signal club?  Would it be for just 2021?   Should this be a club expenditure, or could we look for donations to support it?  And (or) are there other ways to provide incentives for June rovers.  For example remember our past UHF contest NLRS Rovermania efforts and our NLRS Limited Rover award (for the UHF contest)?  Rovermania died when the UHF contest died, but should that concept be ported over to the June Contest to stimulate NLRS-land roving, and if so what would that look like (for Rovermania we recognized a first, second and third place rover with a paper certificate and fame & glory.  Lots of questions.  
Looking forward to some discussion.

Since I'm unsure we'll have an in-person NLRS business meeting before June,
I'd like to bring up an item.
I'd like to ask NLRS to sponsor the 2021 ARRL June VHF contest plaques for
the three Dakota Division rover category winners.
COVID-19 has us cooped up at home and the 2020 contest rovers gave us
someone to chase and added that excitement of getting an unexpected grid in
the log.
I'm asking the NLRS to donate $240 ($80 each plaque) to give NLRS club
members some incentive to get out and rove in 2021 and reward those who
achieve the Dakota Division Rover, Limited Rover and Unlimited Rover top
scores.
