Weather forecasts for Saturday around here and northeast iowa are for 30
or 40% chances of thunder showers. >

for Decorah, IA.
My truck hasn't been run since last fall and killed the battery. The new
battery hasn't taken a full charge unless it has in the last few days.
Right now I don't trust the truck for a few miles of traveling and for
sure not for long distances like the typical 1000 miles for a weekend of
roving.
Due to the untrusty truck and the rain in the weekend forecasts I'm
staying home and not turning on the 10 GHz radio.
I would love to set up on a 60 or 100 foot tower at home but that won't
happen for a long time.
