Hi All -

I hit the roads again this year for a longer trip.  A basic set-up with
only 432 (30 watts and a 22 ele beam (thanks W0ZQ!).

Headed out west to En25/15, then south to En24/14/13/23, then east to EN33
and then home into EN34.

Activity seemed low but my 30 watts doesn't gather a lot of attention!  My
longest shot was from EN15xb and ENEn13xx to W0UC (both 380 km).  Two fun
contacts with W7XU on 446 FM.  I was standing beside the car, holding the
22 ele vertically polarized and talking on the rig.  Quite a sight!  We
made the 100 km QSO!

Drove 494 miles, made 35 QSO's and had an estimated score of 8,750 points.
That beats my 6,539 score from last year!

I'm working on the new QTH.  The radio room is under construction and I'm
working to get towers planted and amplifiers and antennas purchased by next
summer.  I hope to have a bigger signal from EN34cm!
