[NLRS] VHF & Up contest this weekend

Hello All - 

I am a non-contender in any VHF and Up contest but do enjoy poking around for a short while to check out the gear.  How does that fit into what is likely to be going on during the UHF contest?  

Here is what I have available for gear:

144-MHz:  
Station A - IC-9700 all-mode into a 8-element cross-polarized yagii up 20'
Station B - IC-7100 all-mode into a long boom old yagii fed with 7/8” Heliax (Can operate FT-8 and maybe JS-8Call)

222-Mhz:
FM (voice) only into a Vertical up 30’

432-MHz:
Station A - IC-9700 all-mode into a 16-element cross-polarized yagii up 20’
Station B - IC-7100 all-mode into a long boom old yagii fed with 7/8” Heliax (Can operate FT-8 and maybe JS-8Call) 

1296-MHz
IC-9700 into either a vertical up 40’ or a 15-element loop yagii up 20’.

Do you have suggestions for operating times and frequencies?
