[NLRS] Microwave sprint may 2nd

I know I'm a ways off but I am hoping to operate from somewhere in the
Chicago area for the Sprint. I'll probably take along 1296 MHz through 47
GHz and maybe 76 GHz if I get it done, if AA9IL will be active. We can
probably drive to some points about 5 miles apart and try to work each
other on the mm-wave bands.
