[NLRS] Aluminum, antennas and 7/8 Heliax

I could use some hardline but no way to get there... way to far north for

Mystery solved, thanks to Dave, NI0W.
Saginaw is near Cloquet (about 12 miles on MN33).  Apparently EVERYBODY
(except ME) knews where it is.

Oh, well.
