[NLRS] of interest to microwave designers

This was recently posted to the KiCad forum and may be of interest to 
some folks on this list.

If you scroll down the Readme file, you'll see some figures of microwave 
circuits constructed in blocks of PCB elements. This is part of an open 
source project and appears to bring very powerful microwave design 
capabilities to the open source world. Previously this capability was 
only available in very expensive HP software.
