[NLRS] Fwd: 10 G log enteries

I was wondering if you could intersperse the OFFTIME: lines with the QSO:
lines. I haven't done my log yet, but I had planned on just lumping all of
the OFFTIME: lines in the initial section. If they can be interspersed with
QSO: lines, it is easier to make some sense of.
