[NLRS] John Toscano, W0JT silent key

This is very sad news.  I had sent John a note after Jim said he had
visited him last week but I did not hear back.

I was part of the crew that helped pack up John's gear before he moved
south and I was also the one who saved much of his Heathkit computer
gear that he had done so much with--  most of it during his time at
the VA.   He was developing custom software for his pharmacy work there.
He was also an active member of the "Society of Eight-Bit Heathkit
Computerists" (SEBHC) where all the Heathkit computer collectors gather.
They will be sad to hear this news too.

Thanks for letting us know Jim and RIP W0JT.
