[NLRS] Looking to pay someone for tower maintenance, Bloomington

I'm returning to my house in Bloomington after renting it out for 10 years.
I have a self-supporting 70ft Universal tower.
I see coax hanging in the breeze, and what few wire tires are left are
fragile. I got up to 25f or so to secure some stuff temporarily from
below but my nerves didn't really let me go much higher. Plus, I don't have
proper equipment.
While I'm unsure if the antennas and coax work, my main concern is safety
of the lines, antennas, etc. I don't want anything to fall.
I'd also like to untangle a dipole and maybe you could help me secure the
dipole to a tree in the yard again.
I have no idea what rates would be or really who to ask any more. So make
an offer....
If you're interested, send me a note. I can send pictures of how it is now
if desired.
PS: Please bring common tools you may need, and common hardware. I can pay
for screws or brackets if they are needed. I likely don't have the HW and
pieces needed, or if I do, it could buried for months in moving boxes :)
If you have high end wire ties, I can pay for those materials. I'm not
sure mine are so great (but 10 years is a long time).
Best wishes,
Erik
