[NLRS] tropo might be building...

I was hearing enhanced FM broadcast signals this morning on the car radio while running some errands. Most were from the Rapid City area and central Nebraska -- nothing too exotic, but not stations I normally hear.

WD9BGA/b is up to S6 here, normal is S2-3. Hepburn tropo prediction is
looking good for tomorrow too.
