[NLRS] 10G Test session Thursday at 4PM

Matt, KØBBC, and  Bill, AEØEE, and I plan to be at the 28th Ave Park and 
Ride that is East of the MOA tomorrow at 4 PM to test out the club 
loaner and give them some practice using the rig. They are planning to 
rove out in the Sisseton, SD area for this weekends contest. Donn and 
Jon have already to volunteered to help. Is anyone else available to 
provide them some practice?
