[NLRS] Team competition in 222 & Up contest next weekend and any WRITERS out there?

Thanks to Paul for setting up the activity Spreadsheet and to Jon for
adding it to the NLRS web site.

Don't forget that this event includes a TEAM Competition.

I remember the "UHF Da!" team from Region 10 (Iowa, Minnesota and
Wisconsin) in 2017 but no team was registered from Region 10 for 2018.

Might there be a team (or two) in 2019? How about a first ever team from
Region 6 (North and South Dakota plus Manitoba and Saskatchewan)?

ALSO, I have stepped down as author of the extended web results article for
this contest. Is there anyone out there who would like to try their hand at
writing the results article for the 2019 event? Please drop an e-mail to
Bart (W9JJ at arrl.org) and new contest manager Paul (N1SFE at arrl.org) if you
are interested and they can share details. You can also look at the
articles that I wrote for 2017 and 2018 to see how easy it will be to build
