[NLRS] CQ VHF Contest planning spreadsheet

I added the link to W0UC's Upper Midwest Activity spreadsheet to our NLRS home page.    The contest period is 1800 UTC Saturday, July 20, 2019 ending at 2100 UTC Sunday, July 21, 2019.  As others have indicated note that the use of assistance is quite different for CQWW VHF than the ARRL VHF contests.  See Rule IV at https://www.cqww-vhf.com/rules.htm .
