[NLRS] Jan ARRL VHF contest.

Antenna rotor is still broken so antennas for 2 and 432 only pointed 
east. 13 Qs, 16 Q points and 10 grids for 160 points. Log just submitted 
and accepted by ARRL on line.

3 band low power, better than 154 points from last September that got me 
a certificate for the winning score in the 3 band low power class for 
the Midwest Division. Activity sure was low. I did hear a station to the 
west and a couple to the north but they didn't admit to hearing me.
