[NLRS] Testing our NLRS software with an html message and a picture

Well, after the test, I returned all of our setting to their prior settings
(for now).  I have an email out to QTH.net asking for some advice.

The test changes worked fine on my phone but were cumbersome on my desktop
in Outlook.

The one change I am leaving is that any email bigger than 90Kb used to
bounce to me based on size.  I've now upped that to 1MB.  

For now, if you want the reflector to see an image, put it somewhere on the
web and include a link in your posting.
