[NLRS] Prelim planning for Sept VHF for W9FZ/R and KA9VVQ/R

I only have Sat and Sun off from work. We looked around the region at grid
corners we've activated before and not activated yet.

Our prelim plan is to do EN24 and EN23 from the Beaufort grid corner near
Mankato to start and then go to Keister Hill EN33do to finish Saturday.

Then we'd drive to Ames, IA for hotel rooms and on Sunday activate the Boone
grid corner for EN21/31/32/22 during the day.

Right now it looks like we'll be ABCD9I.  Working on EF.  And we have to
finish rack ver 2.0.
