Also Bruce Horn's site at http://www.b4h.net/cabforms/arrl10ghz_cab3.php can be used to manually enter data to generate a Cabrillo file, but for many Q's it seems to be a bit more work than RoverLog, YMMV. Does anyone know of a logging program that will produce a Cabrillo file for the 10 GHz contest? How does it handle "ON" and "OFF" times?
