[NLRS] [10ghzcontest] Aug 16th 10 G Cumulative Update

Given Gary’s research and recommendation, I see little point at meeting anywhere else other than at the proposed operating spot and be ready to run at 0730 local.
We will all be on the same 2m simplex frequency and within a few miles of each other and not 30-40 miles apart.
