[NLRS] Where to buy RF Connectors? Favorite venders?

I've bought a lot of SMA connectors of various types on eBay from sellers
in China. I'd have to look back and see who the sellers were. But the ones
I've gotten have been consistently high quality and shipped pretty quickly.
I've used some of them at 24 GHz (even though they are only rated to 18)
and they have worked fine.
