[NLRS] Manual entry of contest logs

Rich asked a question about the web tool for manually entering paper 
contest logs to generate the Cabrillo log needed for submission.  I too 
did not find it the last time I looked, but a quick search turned up 
this website:

It has a tool for virtually all contests - ARRL (except EME?), CQ, NCJ, 
state QSO parties and a bunch of foreign-sponsored events. Plus an 
invitation to ask for forms for other contests not listed, all thanks to 
WA7BNM.  It's an excellent resource, and very easy to use!
