[NLRS] 222&Up contest log submissions

This contest has a 2-week log submission deadline, so logs will be due 
1pm local Sunday 8/18.

Please note, it is NOT necessary that you score your log with the 
distance of each contact;  all logs will be electronically checked and 
scored later.  That is also why they really want your log 
electronically, not on paper, because in that case someone else needs to 
manually copy your log to computer.  I use WinTest, which did not do an 
update when the contest changed to its current format, but it is happy 
to report 6-character grids to the Cabrillo file, and that's all the 
contest robot needs.
