Was "this close" to ordering some of the "Ukrainian transverters" available
on EBay, but before doing so it's worth looking at these articles from
F5DQK first (in French, but some of his comments are unmistakable, such as
"Une véritable CATASTROPHE, achat à totalement proscrire!" ):
