[NLRS] Aurora '19 registrations

If you get your registration in today, I will print up a nice badge for 
you;  otherwise, you will have to scrawl your own.  And, as advertised, 
there is no need to stay home as the yard work you need to do isn't 
going to happen on Saturday.  The precipitation outlook has improved 
slightly from yesterday, only in that it is no longer at 100%.  Still 
90% in the morning and more than 50% through the afternoon.  I am fully 
booked on Friday, so I need to clean up pre-registrations tonight.  We 
have people coming from at least 4 states and 2 provinces, so it should 
be fun!
