[NLRS] Honda Generator Recall

[Dr. Gerald N. Johnson]

According to the ARRL post the recall only applies to 2200 watt units, 
not my 2000 watt unit. The nearest John Deere dealer that also sells and 
fixes Honda generators, his recall data is the same 2200, not 2000.
