[NLRS] Aurora '19 coming up April 27

Just a little over two weeks until Aurora '19!  By then, today's blizzard
will be a distant memory.  My understanding is that the weather on April 27
will be nice enough to be outside in the morning, but not nice enough to be
out doing yard work.

Mike, W0VTT, reports that new and improved VUCC forms have been released.
You can find them at  http://www.arrl.org/vucc  Mike will be available for
QSL checking for all ARRL awards during the afternoon at Aurora '19.
