[NLRS] Aircraft scatter

It is great software.  I have used it for quite a while.  

I have also researched some effects of aircraft scatter relative to 2m beacons and there is a clear pattern of enhanced propagation from aircraft once they get into the secondary and especially primary mid-point target zones.
