[NLRS] 3 days to September log deadline

NLRS currently has 18 logs submitted (up from 12 last year!) but I know 
there are several still missing.  Let's get the total over 20! Remember, 
your log earns you another entry in the prize drawing at Aurora '19...   
Last year, N0AKC was the only person with the maximum 6 entries in the 
drawing, and he did indeed win!

Deadline is 10pm CDT Wednesday evening.  If you have a small log that 
isn't in Cabrillo format, you can enter it manually by using the tool
