[NLRS] Winsted, MN Saturday Afternoon Rover Pack forming

Looks like we have several of heading to the Winsted, MN grid square on
Saturday afternoon.
I picked up an Alinco HT with 220 and 900 MHz FM.  I hope to try it out as
we rotate around the corner.
223.40 and 927.125  FM are where I'll start calling.
