[NLRS] FS: New L144-28 Q5 Transverter (25W version)

I'm selling a new, 25W L144-28 transverter assembled and tested by Q5
Signal.

Do to circumstances beyond my control, it's been in the box and never
on-the-air.  
Note that I did unpack and check it out with a dummy load. It measures 45W
saturated power output with 28 MHz IF drive from 0dBm to +20dBm.
 
The "stock" configuration includes PTT-L (to ground), common IF & RF
connections and built-in synthesized LO with internal 10 MHz TCXO reference
(you'll need an external 10 MHz source for external locking. If you need any
input/output/PTT changes, you're on your own as I don't want to modify this
new Q5 transverter.
