[NLRS] give-away: older Directv and Dish Network dishes

I've got a few older dishes.  All are from the standard definition years of
both Directv and Dish Network.
Of the Directv models, I have a few single LNB (RCA and Sony) and one RCA
triple LNB model.
Of the Dish Network models, they are all "Dish 500" (dual LNB) dishes.
