[NLRS] amp for 70 cm

Rolf,
We've been using the TE Systems amps for 144, 222 and 432 for several years
now in the W0ZF/K0BBC rovers.
They take around 7 watts to drive to full output. I believe they make some
other models, but the one we use on 70cm is about 160 watts out.
They appear to have a higher build quality than the mirage amps.
Have seen only one failure across those three amps, and their service
department turned it around pretty quickly.
