[NLRS] 432.110 net report

Hello 432ers
We have been dealing with angry check ins again because they call blind and assume since they hear me and I don't answer I am ignoring them.
I have 1500 watts so even if you are out 250 miles you'll hear me no matter where I'm pointed. My antenna is 4 x 32 foot yagis with a 3 db beam width of 8 degrees. Unless you have huge power or are near me I must have my antenna on you to hear you. Get on the "on4kst 144/432 Region2" chat site and alert me. I start calling SW, S, SE completing the compos in abt 45 minutes. If I miss you as I call the net I will pick you up after the net. I will not turn back and forth cuz it confuses everyone as I don't reach their bearing when they expect me. Please! I'm not ignoring you. I have been running the net for 10 years and the new guys always get mad when they think I'm ignoring them.
