[NLRS] CQWW VHF & Rovers

I'm planning to go out as rover this year in the cqwwvhf contest. Saturday
going to start at em59/69 en50/60 corner then move through en40/51. Sunday
I'll be at my local grid corner en31/32/41/42.
Testing some new stuff for rover should have good power and bigger antennas
on each band with the edition of digi on both bands. Also will be able to
TX on both bands same time and plan is to have a second op.
Don't forget this Contest also using the old rover rules for mults.
