[NLRS] [10ghzcontest] 10 GHz and Up Cumulative Update June 21st

Just an update on Copper Harbor, the gift shop is gone from the top of Mt. Brockway.  So there is no place to buy snacks or something to drink while we're up there.

I believe there is now a place to buy gasoline again in Copper Harbor, as I think the last time we were up there the gas station was out of business.  I would suggest filling up in Houghton, Hancock, or Calumet on your way up.

There now is a small brewery in Copper Harbor, across from the party store.

Donn probably knows all about Copper Harbor accommodations and eateries.
Seemed like he knew the eateries the last time we were there in 2012.

I don't know when I requested it but a 100 page paper back arrived in
today's mail titled "Michigan's Upper Peninsula" from Michigan's Upper
Peninsula Travel & Recreation Association. Iron Mountain, MI.
www.UPtravel.com. It has about a page on Copper Harbor. I'll list them
with urls or phone numbers when they don't show a website.

This guide book didn't show rates.

The Pines Resort, Restaurant & Bar in Copper Harbor was probably where
we ate evenings. There were edible things available on top of Mt.
Brockway then for lunch and snacks.

I had my Airstream along and camped in the state park just east of
Copper Harbor. Its sitting on blocks with no axle under it at the moment.

I figure on roving the north shore but haven't made any arrangements yet.
