6m 42Qs 28 Grids
2m 4 Qs 4 Grids
432 1 G, 2 pts 1 grid
48 Q pts 33 grids total score 1584 points. Less than half of last year's
score. The certificate from last June arrived in the last couple weeks
where I won first place single op low power Iowa section.

Single operator three band low power.

A wind storm that peeled some of the roofing and broke the dual band
vertical seems to have broken the root tripd rotor and maybe the 2m and
432 yagi feeds.

Saturday looking north, 2m sounded like 160m in the summer from the
lightning static from storms over the north half of Iowa that caused
floods. I climbed up on the roof and moved the beams east which alloed
for one more contact. Through Sunday with the storms moving southeast,
the static on 2m still sounded like 160 meters on a summer evening. I
didn't stay on long Saturday afternoon, evening, or Sunday morning
because of thunderstorms in the area.

Log submitted successfully to arrl.org using their submission web page
this morning.

73, Jerry, K0CQ
