Hello NLRS land.

For the ARRL June VHF contest, I have added the W0UC regional contest activity website link to our http://www.nlrs.org/ front page. Please post any June contest activites there. W0ZQ looks to be traveling, so maybe some W0ZQ/R 6m activity at best this time.
Note that the CSVHFS conference registration is now open. This years conference is in Wichita, KS. Wichita is a one day drive from Mpls so I hope to see lots of NLRS members there. The conference is always a good place to meet old friends and to learn new thing. Here is a forward from W9FZ:

Thank you for your patience. We are now "live" for online registration for the event. Start at: http://2018.csvhfs.org/ and click the registration tab in the menu bar. Scan the page and note the "Register (Individual) button way down at the bottom (below the blinking red arrow). That is what you'll press to begin the process. You do not have to pay with PayPal. You will have an opportunity to pay with a check if that is what you prefer. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, it is possible to use any charge card via PayPal.

If you have troubles, contact us at registration at csvhfs.org and we'll see what we can do to straighten things out.

Just a bit more detail about the Family events: Thursday Evening Social: A casual evening of socializing, VHF+ related fun &
games, and a tasty Nacho Bar. $12 each. Special Friday evening Keynote Speaker: We're pleased to offer a presentation by Captain Joseph Schillaci from A&E Network's "First 48 Hours" crime series. No charge! Friday Family Tour: Bus ride through the beautiful Flint Hills to Cottonwood Falls to dine at the Grand Central Hotel. Lunch is included. $39 each. Saturday Family Tour: A morning visit to the Old Cowtown Museum ($6 admission not included) followed by a shopping trip to New Market Square with lunch on your own. $25 each
