[NLRS] 222 & Up distance contest this weekend

The 222 & Up contest is this weekend - local 1pm Saturday to 1pm 
Sunday.  There's always a good chance of some decent tropo for this 
one.  It's also an opportunity to check out your microwave gear before 
heading to Lake Superior.  Please post operating plans on the
