[NLRS] W9SNR/R CQ WW VHF

Not sure what is going to happen. It has been raining here for a few hours
now. Radar doesn't seem to indicate an end to it. The hilltop in EN50rl is
likely to be a muddy mess. I may not make it. I can't operate on Sunday. If
it lets up and I can squeeze in a couple hours this afternoon, I'll do so.
