[NLRS] 10 & 5.7 GHz Rain Scatter

I had nice Rain Scatter QSOs with W0ZQ, KC0IYT, and W0GHZ on 10 GHz CW & FM and 5.7 GHZ CW with W0ZQ and W0GHZ at about 600 km . Signals were about 25 dB/ N on 10 G and right at the noise on 5.7. The storms we were hitting had tops at about 57 kft and were showing 1.5 to 2 inch hail which is usually good for 5.7 and lower...but signals there were just not that good. It takes a big hail event...which we have had recently
