[NLRS] N9LB - ARRL January VHF Contest Results

I was unable to participate this year due to other commitments the
whole weekend. Maybe just as well. For this contest, ideal conditions
for me to go to the hilltop I like to operate from are temperatures
just below freezing and no snow/ice storms. This year, the temperature
hit 52 on Sunday and it was raining. That hill would've been a muddy
mess. I could still be up there stuck waist-deep in mud.
