[NLRS] W0UC will not be /9 this weekend

I've been down with the flu.  Though I'm better, I'm sure my voice 
wouldn't hold up for a good effort in the contest this weekend.  I'll be 
on 6M from home in EN35ja, especially trying digital with my low power 
signal.

I'm sorry for all the Q's I won't be able to hand out, but here's a 
great chance for you other guys in WI to collect some wallpaper!  
Hopefully others will push hard to make it a close finish.  Mel & Carol, 
Bruce & Janice have posted excellent rover activity for Saturday and 
Sunday morning, so please help keep them busy.  Check the spreadsheet at:
