[NLRS] Down East Microwave transfers VHF products to Q5 Signal

Time marches on. I wish Steve and Sandra the best in their future endeavors. I remember when they took over from Bill In Maine. I am confident that the new owner can carve out a spot in the transverter and accessories market place even though it is becoming more crowded. K0PG
